EZ Home Path is a DBA of Flathead Funding LLC, a Washington entity. Welcome to EZ Home Path. By using any website, mobile application, or service provided by EZ Home Path (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to abide by this Unified Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Service.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Any liability is limited to fees paid in the past six months.
EZ Home Path does not guarantee any particular financial outcome or result from use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify Flathead Funding LLC for any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal actions must be brought in Washington state or federal courts. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through mediation in Washington.

10. Termination
Flathead Funding LLC may terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice.
